 Mike Mullen has been a member of MSPC's Executive Committee since 1998. He currently serves as the principal-in-charge of the firm's SEC Business Practice Group and Quality Control Department. Mike currently serves as the engagement or concurring partner responsible for the audit and reporting requirements of 20 publicly-held (or similarly
regulated) clients, in addition to working with a number of closely-held businesses.
Mike has extensive experience in the practical interpretation and application of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules regulating publicly-traded companies. As an SEC accounting and business consulting expert, he helps clients address U.S. financial reporting and compliance issues, as well as any international accounting and tax issues that may arise. He has a particular specialty relative to registering foreign companies on U.S. markets.
Mike and MSPC, in conjunction with Moore Stephens International Limited (MSIL), have provided service to clients on six of seven continents. He admits that Antarctica is a tough market, but he is undeterred.
Mike’s career concentration has enabled him to successfully combine MSPC’s local expertise with the full benefits of MSIL on a worldwide basis.
