 Richard Montalbano is the principal-in-charge of MSPC’s New York City office. He is the audit principal for closely held businesses and public companies. Many of these companies are located in China. Rick travels to China several times a year to meet with the principals who want to list their companies in the United States.
Rick has experience in the practical interpretation and application of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules regulating publicly traded companies and is knowledgeable in both initial public offerings and periodic reporting requirements. He has a unique area of expertise in consulting to the maritime industry.
Rick is also experienced in income tax compliance both within the United States and internationally. He regularly assists clients of the member firms of Moore Stephens International.
