 Michael Kayser has over 25 years of experience in public accounting and private industry. He is a member of MSPC’s SEC Business Practice Group. He has extensive experience in the practical interpretation and application of generally accepted accounting principles.
Michael has a concentration of publicly-held clients in the technology, medical, health care and manufacturing industries. He has developed expertise in the accounting and auditing areas critical to such companies including the review of internal control over financial reporting, compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, reverse merger accounting, revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, fair value accounting, assessment for impairment, and accounting for business combinations.
